The primary responsibility of this position is to assist the financial planning manager with all
financial planning and reporting responsibilities for Eaton Electrical Sector in EMEA. Although the position posted in EatonJobs (www.eaton.com) requires 3-5 years of experience, we are ready to hire a profile with less experience but potential for future development within our organization.

Reporting and Forecasting (30%)
=========================
Assistance in completing monthly closing and forecasting processes including coordination
with division controllers, variance analysis and commentary packages.
Support in preparation of the annual profit plan.
Answer ad-hoc questions from the EMEA Senior Management and the US Electrical HQ.

Electrical EMEA HQ Entity Maintenance (40%)
===================================
Full ownership for maintaining the EMEA Electrical HQ ledger including journal entries,
variance analysis, forecast updates, monthly reconciliations and other general accounting
work activities.

Special Projects (30%)

Support and propose various initiatives to reduce complexity, standardize and improve
efficiency of the financial processes.
Additional ad-hoc analysis and project as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS
==============
• 1-3 years of financial experience.
• Eager and able to develop into future financial positions within the organization.
• Highly developed analysis and software skills (Excel, Powerpoint).
• Good communication skills in English are required.
• Eager to work in a dynamic and complex organization
